Heres my attempt at making a snowman for my winter scene which will represent January.I created the body and head using spheres and rendered noise to get the effect.
I created the stick arms using different sized cylinders grouped together.
The small details such as the eyes and nose are made with simple shapes.
The snow effect on the body was created using noise with a white and a soft blue to contrast.

That is a wicked model of a snowman. I love the fact that it actually resembles the colour and texture of compacted snow.
